MembersKeepers is gravitated around Family & Family members Registration module. This module allows user to enter basic member information. One could call this module the demographic module. After collecting all necessary members’ info, the module generates a unique alpha-numeric number for the member. This number is big enough to accommodate million of records in the database. The data entry is easy and straight forward.

The system collects the following info such as: Sex: Male or Female Marital Status: Married, Widow… Member’s Name, Address, State, Zip code, Home Phone & Work Phone, Date of Birth, Age ( member’s age is calculated automatically based on the date of birth), Envelope Number (The system can pull the next available envelope number or the user can type one) Baptismal Information Member’s Special Skills Info (This info will allow the ministry to keep track of all gifted and talented members. A skill could be either: Mechanic, Electronic, Carpenter, Prayer Gift, and Healing Gift etc.… The system allows you also to add more skill name in addition to the pre-defined ones.
